Founded by a team of experienced sellers who’ve navigated the challenges of marketplace logistics firsthand, FastTrack Prep Center was created to solve a problem we once faced ourselves—finding a dependable partner to handle inventory, prep, and shipping without delays or headaches. What started as a simple side gig quickly turned into something much bigger than I ever expected. Fresh out of college, I began flipping smartphones I found on local marketplaces, meeting sellers in person and reselling the devices for a small profit. It was a great way to make extra cash, but I soon realized it wasn’t a scalable business model. Without a website, my entire strategy relied on building trust over the phone—a tough sell in the fast-moving world of eCommerce.

Determined to find a better path, I shifted gears and began buying liquidation lots, selling items through eBay and Amazon. But not every deal was a winner. Some shipments left me with piles of unsellable inventory, and I quickly learned that picking the right products required more expertise than I had anticipated. That’s when it hit me—rather than selling individual products, why not focus on the logistics behind the sales?
With a background in industrial engineering, running an operation made much more sense than trying to master product trends. I was already renting warehouse space, and I noticed that many sellers struggled with packaging and shipping. Seeing an opportunity, I dove into the Amazon FBA community, joining every online seller group I could find and reaching out to entrepreneurs who needed prep services. Without a website, I relied on direct conversations, proving to clients that I was reliable, efficient, and committed to their success.
Fast forward to today, and I now manage a 10,000 sq. ft. warehouse, processing and shipping around 15,000 units every week. The journey wasn’t easy, but every challenge reinforced the importance of adaptability, persistence, and building genuine relationships in business.
